![]() ![]() PS the desktop might have a problem with linux also, I’ve tried on it before I go for the laptop.Īnd also burnt VOID on 2 CDs and tried both of them gave me the same issue (picture in attachments) with the two PCs. UPDATE** I erased all my usb sectors and used rufus again with an option for old BIOSes, it makes like other small partition for boot loader or something, and it says now “Failed to load ldlinux.c32”, by the way, I tried the usb after that on an HP desktop and gave me the same lines. I fixed the laptop of several physical issues, screen, plastic henges and metal screen frame, nothing important except the battery, it wasn’t working making the laptop not able to power-up, it’s uninstalled now, I use the charger for power. What I meant was checking the image like MD5 Sum and these things, I couldn’t go well with it so I ran a virtual machine on the ISO, it booted slowly taking me to the desktop where I saw the installer. I believe the usb stick came with NFTS and I formatted it to FAT32. ![]() The problem is not just with Rufus, all tools have the same result. I'm not sure what might be different about your virtual machine and this laptop to have ideas of why one worked and the other did not. The only idea I have at this time is to try and see if it starts in compatibility mode (the second option). Verifying the ISO is done after downloading and prior to burning it to the USB. Sat 12:18 pm I tried checking the ISO but I couldn’tNot sure what you meant by this. ![]()
